HCA SA has taken remarkable strides forward this year. Significantly the shift to a Board of Management has seen the adoption of a forward looking Strategic Plan that lays out how we will engage with the community and how health consumers’ voices can be heard strategically and sustainably in public policy on health. This Plan guides the organisation, sets priorities and provides the staff with certainty and concrete objectives and outcomes.
