The Mental Health Show: new radio show by Mark Aiston

The mental health show is all about demystifying mental health. During the show issues are discussed, concerns are raised and solutions are offered. Each week an expert from the field is invited to the show, to discuss the latest research details about  their area of expertise. Updated National Palliative Care Strategy consultation workshops

Balance Awareness Week

This year’s Balance Awareness Week campaign aims to open the discussion and raise awareness of the issues and challenges people experience with balance and other related disorders, and how they have overcome them. The campaign called ‘Do your best flamingo… share your story’, invites those with lived experience to share their stories about how they rebalanced their lives after being diagnosed with one of these disorders.
