Professional Certificate in Consumer Engagement
HCA has a partnership with the International Centre for Allied Health Evidence (iCAHE) at the University of SA. A key achievement of this partnership has been the co-design and delivery of the Professional Certificate in Consumer Engagement. Health professionals, consumers representatives and researchers worked together to inform the objectives, content, delivery and assessment of the two courses that make up this Professional Certificate. Participants develop competence and confidence to apply evidence-informed consumer engagement practice in the areas of health research, governance, policy, services and care. Further information on the professional certificate is available here.
If you have any questions about the training please contact HCA on telephone: 08 8231 4169.
